About the Artist

Biljana Erak is an artist based in Sydney, Australia – loved for her creative works that are inspired by many forms of nature, spirituality, wildlife, and human connections. Her paintings are unique and from the heart, with her originality celebrated by many around the world.

Within her paintings,  you will find  elements of healing, love, harmony and tranquillity. A vibrant sense of life and presence is depicted through the subject matter, brush strokes, size of the paintings, and the use of colour.

Biljana knew from a very young age that she had a gift for painting, however, she succumbed to the influences of the outside world and her logical mind, and completed a double degree in Criminology and Law.

Whilst practicing law, her passion for art did not fade, but kept calling her back. Her powerful  desire to create continued, and over the years she painted incrementally, selling her works privately and defining her style.

Today, Biljana is an established artist, working from her Sydney studio. Her commissioned works are client focused, incorporating beautiful hidden messages for the client, which carry a special personal meaning while simultaneously portraying a pure and simple beauty to the world at large.

Biljana delights in sharing what is in her heart through a visual medium. If something  can trigger an unsuspected smile, or some other vivid emotion, that image or theme will be used as inspiration, allowing her emotions to be expressed through natures’ incredible beauty.
